This workshop is in charge of Roberta Ángeles, artist and artisan from San Martín Tilcajete, San Martín is located in the Ocotlán valley, that's why the embroidery teat is named after the Ocotlán valley.
In this workshop you will create a handmade tote bag by Roberta embroidering the traditional technique with a design alluding to the Day of the Dead.
This workshop lasts 3 hours and all materials are included (tote, cotton thread, needle, etc).
Roberta Angeles is coming from Oaxaca and will also bring some of her pieces to show for sale, so you are also invited to see her pieces and if it is within your possibilities, purchase some of them.
